Ydych chi'n chwilio am ffyrdd newydd o ddenu talent i'ch busnes? Hoffech ddeall yn well beth mae pobl ifanc yn chwilio amdano gan gyflogwr, neu ddysgu am y cymorth sydd ar gael i'ch helpu?
Fel rhan o Wythnos Busnes Gwynedd 2026, rydym yn dod â busnesau a sefydliadau cymorth ynghyd ar gyfer sesiwn wybodaeth a rhwydweithio a fydd yn archwilio sut i ddenu a datblygu talent yng Ngwynedd.
Bydd y digwyddiad hwn yn cynnig cyfle i fusnesau ddysgu mwy am ddenu talent yng Ngwynedd, clywed gan sefydliadau sy'n cynnig cefnogaeth i fusnesau, a chlywed gan fusnes lleol sydd wedi buddsoddi mewn denu a datblygu talent ifanc.
Yn ystod y sesiwn, byddwch yn cael cyfle i ddysgu mwy am:
• Brofiadau busnesau o ddenu a datblygu talent ifanc.
• Beth mae myfyrwyr a phobl ifanc yn chwilio amdano gan gyflogwyr.
• Gwersi a phrofiadau o ran denu talent gan fusnesau a phobl ifanc ledled Gwynedd.
• Y cymorth sydd ar gael i gyflogi pobl ag anghenion ychwanegol.
• Cyfleoedd interniaeth a chynlluniau i helpu busnesau i ddatblygu talent.
• Strategaeth Economaidd Cyngor Gwynedd a'r weledigaeth ar gyfer Gwynedd fel lle da i fyw, gweithio a mentro.
Bydd y sesiwn hefyd yn cynnwys cyfle i ofyn cwestiynau, rhannu profiadau a gwneud cysylltiadau newydd dros baned.
P'un a ydych yn recriwtio ar hyn o bryd neu'n cynllunio ar gyfer y dyfodol, bydd y sesiwn hon yn cynnig syniadau, mewnwelediadau a gwybodaeth ddefnyddiol i'ch helpu i ddenu a datblygu talent.
