Na tym kursie dowiecie się jak zarządzać linami stropowymi oraz wykorzystać wcześniej poznane uprzęże do półpodwieszeń i podwieszeń. Zajęcia te będą odbywać się w następujących terminach:
- 12, 19 i 26 października
- 2, 9 i 16 listopada
Tomek jest riggerem regularnie biorącym udział w różnego rodzaju warsztatach i wydarzeniach Shibari zarówno w Polsce, jak i w Europie. Swoje umiejętności nieustannie szkoli pod cierpliwym okiem m.in takich nauczycieli jak SafeSpaceShibari czy PaganPoetryM. Możecie go spotkać na co dzień w Yanari Studio, podczas jamów czy warsztatów.

Wymagane jest ukończenie kursu Shibari for Beginners (Level 2&3), lub podobnego kursu obejmującego ten sam materiał szkoleniowy
Wymagania wstępne:
Riggerzy - umiejętność przygotowania uprzęży: Single Column Tie, Double Column Tie, Ashi-Shibari, Futomomo, Monoblock, Mermaid oraz T-K
Bottoms - dobra świadomość własnego ciała w linach
Technicznie - komplet minimum 6 lin nadających się do podwieszeń

Suspension Basics (Level 4) is a regular Shibari course led by Tomek from Yanari Studio. It is dedicated for couples who have previously completed our Shibari for Beginners (Level 2&3) course.
In this course, you'll learn how to manage your uplines and how to use previously learned harnesses for half-suspensions and suspensions. The classes will be held on the following dates:
- 12, 19 i 26 October
- 2, 9 i 16 November
Tomek is a rigger who regularly attend various types of Shibari workshops and events both in Poland and Europe. He constantly train his skills under the patient supervision of teachers such as SafeSpaceShibari and PaganPoetryM. You can meet him on a daily basis at Yanari Studio, during jams and workshops.

Riggers - the ability to tie following harnesses: Single Column Tie, Double Column Tie, Ashi-Shibari, Futomomo, Monoblock, Mermaid and T-K
Bottoms - good body awareness in ropes
Technical - set of minimum 6 ropes, that can be used for suspensions
