About this Event
Most small businesses don’t struggle because their idea isn’t working. They struggle because the pressure is constant and the support can feel thin.
At our February Hive Connects, we’re bringing together three founders/CEOs from local NFPs or Charities, for an open conversation about keeping things going through tougher seasons - from managing uncertainty and avoiding burnout, to staying motivated when progress feels slow and building the right connections.
The focus will be on day-to-day decisions and real experiences. Where people are putting their energy, what they’ve chosen to protect, what they’ve let go of and where support has made a difference.
If you’re running a business and looking for perspective, ideas or simply reassurance that you’re not the only one finding things challenging, this is a space to listen, reflect and feel less alone.
Alongside the panel conversation, there’ll be time to chat and connect with other local business owners, freelancers and creatives who understand the reality of running something yourself.
