Fitness Tests are held at Mount Browne Gym Hall, on Mondays and Thursdays at 07:45am. The test will commence promptly at 07.45am so please ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to the session.
These sessions are for yearly mandatory fitness tests, practice tests, Specialist Units and candidates.
Ensure that you are dressed in comfortable sports clothing and wearing training shoes suited to running.
