WHAT TO EXPECT
We’ll use a conscious circular breath that is steady, rhythmic, and intentionally guided, along with a few breath retentions and patterns designed to shift your state safely and effectively.
Within minutes, your thinking mind will soften, and you may enter a trance like or deeply connected state. As you surrender to the breath, the body may begin to release on its own through crying, shaking, movement, or sound. These responses are normal and reflect the body’s innate ability to process stored energy and emotion.
This is about surrender and allowing.
You will be guided in a trauma informed space where your system can process what your mind alone cannot.

This session may include loud music, emotional expression, and somatic release. Crying, shaking, or sounding are completely normal in this space.
If you’re sensitive to strong sound or emotional intensity, this may not be the right fit.

This breathwork session is not suitable for individuals who:

• Have high blood pressure
• Experience seizures or epilepsy
• Have a serious heart condition
• Have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
