During this hands-on event, you will learn how to perfectly grill steak and selected seafood. We will teach you everything from meat selection, trimming, seasoning, complimenting sauces, and, of course, cooking. Each class participant will receive:
Class manual with recipes and detailed instructions
Samples of the steaks and seafood we cook
A ribeye steak to prep, season, and cook
$10 gift card
All questions will be answered and by the end of the class you will leave with the skills to be the surf and turf hero to your friends and family.
The Hogfathers teach time and temperature and what you learn will apply to all cooking skill levels and all types of grills and smokers.
