About This Training

Youth today are navigating increasing emotional, social, and academic pressures. Caring adults often see the signs first, but may not feel equipped to respond.

This 2.5-hour interactive Lunch & Learn provides foundational knowledge and practical tools to help adults better support youth mental health in everyday interactions.

In This Session, We’ll Explore:

  • Common signs of anxiety, depression, and emotional distress
  • Risk and protective factors that impact youth well-being
  • How to start supportive conversations
  • What is within your role and when to refer
  • Building emotionally safe environments for young people
