NAMI Family Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for family members, caregivers, and friends of people living with mental health conditions.Connect with others who understand what it’s like to support someone you care about. The group offers a welcoming, confidential space to share experiences, learn from one another, and find encouragement and practical support.
