A 50 hour Prenatal Teacher Training | from $999A warm, deeply practical 50-hour certification for yoga teachers, birth workers* and expecting women* ready to enhance their ability to supporting pregnant students from bump to birth.
This training has been created and is led entirely by Mikeala, a yoga teacher with nearly nine years of experience, a prenatal yoga teacher since 2019, and Holistic Doula since 2020.
Training dates
Held over two long weekeds
Friday 20th, Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd & Saturday & Sunday 28-29 November 2026
8:00am – 5:00pm each day

Training outcomes
Upon successful completion of this training, students will be able to:
• Confidently lead a range of pregnancy-safe asana, breathwork, meditation and vocalisation practices using appropriate cueing, sequencing, and props for both general and specialised prenatal classes
• Describe the anatomical, physiological, hormonal, and emotional changes that occur across the three trimesters of pregnancy and apply this knowledge to safe class design.
• Articulate the evidence-informed benefits of yoga for pregnant people.
• Apply foundational business knowledge to establish a prenatal yoga offering, including insurance, marketing, and class administration.
Pre-requisit
200 hour Yoga Training essential to teach.
*Participation for personal knowledge welcome, however you will only recieve a certificate of participation, you will not be qualified to teach.
