18 dishes. Six kinds of seafood. All on one long banana leaf.

Sunday, October 25: doors at 4:30, seated at 5:00, ends 7:30
- Tinolang Halaan: clams in ginger broth
- Ukoy: crisp shrimp and vegetable fritters, spiced vinegar
- Lumpiang Gulay: crisp vegetable spring rolls
- Inihaw na Pompano: whole grilled pompano
- Pritong Tilapia: whole fried tilapia, crisp to the tail
- Inihaw na Pusit: grilled stuffed squid
- Halabos na Hipon: garlic steamed shrimp
- Steamed Blue Crabs with ginger and garlic
- Pancit Bihon: Filipino rice noodles
- Inihaw na Talong: grilled eggplant
- Steamed Okra with bagoong
- Ensaladang Pipino: cucumber, red onion, cane vinegar
- Itlog na Maalat at Kamatis: salted egg and tomato
- Atchara: pickled green papaya
- Steamed jasmine rice
- Our Famous Halo-Halo with housemade ube ice cream
- Leche Flan: silky caramel custard
- Turon: crisp banana and jackfruit roll, caramel

Duration:This immersive dining experience lasts for approximately 2.5 hours, allowing ample time to savor each dish, interact with the chef, and immerse yourself in the Filipino dining culture.
