Step behind the curtain of Hollywood’s biggest night at an intimate supper club in the Food & Drink Studio. Part of our "Food & The Arts" season, this special evening is hosted by Elliott Grover, Culinary Director at 45 Park Lane and one of the hand‑picked chefs trusted to cook at the Academy Awards Governors Ball.
Fresh from this year’s ceremony, Elliott will reproduce the very dishes served to Oscar winners, nominees and presenters, bringing the glamour of awards‑night dining to the table.
Over the course of the supper, Elliott will share candid, behind‑the‑scenes stories from cooking for 1,500 guests in the Ray Dolby Ballroom, where the kitchen becomes part of the spectacle itself. From timing dishes around the final award announcements to feeding stars moments after they step off stage, guests will hear what it’s really like to cook under intense pressure, for the most famous audience in the world. Expect insights into the discipline, detail and creativity required when there’s no room for error — and plenty of human moments along the way.
With a menu rooted in Elliot’s acclaimed Oscars cooking and storytelling that brings the experience vividly to life, this supper club is an unrepeatable opportunity for lovers of great food, film and the theatre of dining to experience the artistry of cooking for the stars.
