First Course · A Comforting Beginning
Suam na Mais
Corn soup with shrimp and minced meat.
Second Course · Wrapped in Tradition
Tamales Kapampangan (Bobotu)
Savory steamed rice parcels wrapped in banana leaves.
Third Course · A Feast to Share
Four dishes served family-style at the table:
- Kilayin — Kapampangan pork and offal cooked in vinegar and spices.
- Pritong Isda at Buro — Fried fish served with tangy fermented rice relish.
- Asadong Manok — Kapampangan-style chicken asado.
- Bringhe — Celebratory rice cooked with coconut milk and turmeric.
Fourth Course · A Sweet Finish
Tibok-Tibok
Silky milk pudding topped with latik, browned coconut curds.
Plantanillas
Delicate egg-yolk crêpes with a sweet milk filling.

Please arrive at 5:45 PM. Dinner starts promptly at 6:00 PM.
Each seating is a two-hour dining experience, limited to 18 guests. Please select your preferred time when booking.
Your Ticket Includes
For $135 per person, enjoy all eight dishes over four courses, nonalcoholic drinks, coffee, and tea. Tax, gratuity, and all ticketing fees are included.
BYOB welcome. Bring a favorite bottle to enjoy with dinner.
