One of my favorite things about food is how it brings us closer to one another.
I’m so excited to share an evening with my friend Quynh, who will be welcoming us into her world through some of her favorite classic and traditional Vietnamese dishes.
And the menu… 🤤🇻🇳
We’ll start with Gỏi cuốn — delicate fresh spring rolls packed with herbs, crisp vegetables, and savory goodness, followed by lemongrass chicken skewers, grilled until beautifully charred and fragrant.
And that’s just the beginning… there’s so much more coming to the table. 🥢✨
