These IAMI/GUEST approved courses provide a solid and thorough introduction to the role of a Junior Interior Stew getting you Superyacht ready!These courses are designed to fully equip you with all the skills you will need to complete all the responsibilities you will face onboard through 5 days (40 hours) of instruction in:
Unit 23- Introduction to Yachting and Yachting Life
Unit 32- Basic Housekeeping and Laundry Services
Unit 02- Basic Food & Beverages Service
Unit 03- Basic Wine, Bartending & Mixology
The package also includes the Highfield Qualifications (MCA approved) Level 2 Award in Food Safety at Sea, plus the all 5 modules during the STCW Basic Training Week:-
STCW Personal Safety and Social Responsibility
STCW Proficiency in Security Awareness
STCW Elementary First Aid
STCW Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting
STCW Personal Survival Techniques
