An evening with @superdoula_ about birth in other countries!
Over the past few months, I’ve had the opportunity to learn about birth in different parts of the world.
For this in person evening, I’ll share what I discovered along the way: the traditions, the people, the places, the care, the surprises, and the ways that birth can look completely different depending on where you are in the world.
As a doula and birthworker, I’m always soooo curious about how other cultures approach birth and perinatal care and what happens when we step outside of the systems and assumptions we know.I’ll share stories and reflections from my experiences in:
