I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be playing blues guitar for at least 24 hours to support the Community Harvest Food Bank in Castlegar! You can sponsor any amount you’d like per hour I play. All the money raised will go directly to the Food Bank.
The marathon kicks off on Saturday, October 24th at 10am, and will be held at Supercat Studios in Castlegar.
We’ll have a live Facebook feed throughout the event, so you can check in and watch me play blues from morning until night.
I will have a second guitar set up for anyone who would like to join me in some blues anytime during the 24 hours.
I’m aiming to go beyond 24 hours once I’ve reached that goal!
I will allow myself a 15-minute break for every four hours of playing. Washroom breaks will be on a need-to-be basis lol
I’m looking forward to a fun and exciting way to support our local food bank just before the Christmas season arrives.
More details to follow.
