Calling all superheroes! YogaSix Royal Oak, HomeTurf Gym, and TRVFIT Berkley are teaming up for an epic afternoon of fitness, fun, and community. The SUPER Sixy Fitness Crawl takes you through 3 local fitness studios, 3 workouts, and one epic celebration at Mother Handsome.

Kick off the crawl with your first workout.

12:45–1:15 PM | CHECK-IN + COMMUNITY TIME — YOGASIX ROYAL OAK
Connect with the crew, check out our featured vendor, and get ready for your next workout.
1:15–2:00 PM | WORKOUT #2 — YOGASIX ROYAL OAK
Get ready to move, sweat, flow, and tap into your superpowers!
2:00–2:15 PM | TRAVEL TO TRVFIT BERKLEY
2:15–2:45 PM | CHECK-IN + COMMUNITY TIME — TRVFIT BERKLEY
Meet up with the crew, check out our featured vendor, and prepare for your final challenge.
2:45–3:15 PM | WORKOUT #3 — TRVFIT BERKLEY
Finish the crawl with your final workout and give it everything you’ve got!
3:15–3:30 PM | WALK TO MOTHER HANDSOME
The workouts are done. Time to celebrate!
3:30–4:00 PM | SUPERHERO CELEBRATION — MOTHER HANDSOME
Hang out, connect with the crew, and enjoy your $10 drink included with your ticket.
4:00 PM | PRIZE DRAWING + COSTUME WINNERS
One lucky participant will win a FREE MONTH at the studio of their choice! We’ll also announce the winners of our best superhero costume prizes.
SUIT UP, SUPERHEROES!
Superhero costumes are highly encouraged. Come dressed as your favorite superhero or create your own super-powered look. The more fun, the better!
