The Sunshine Series gathers communities together during winter's darkest months to celebrate light, sound, and human connection. Now in its third year, each event (6–9 PM at Peace Centers) features handcrafted Sunshine Lights standing three feet tall, live music, visual art, massage, and moments of pure joy.The Sunshine Lights are carefully crafted installations with bulbs selected by Kelvin temperature—the same spectrum used in seasonal wellness lighting. They fill space with intentional, nourishing brightness: a visible reminder that light is possible, even in deep winter.
We don't claim to cure anything. We are not doctors. What we know is that light, sound, touch, laughter, and community matter. They lift spirits. They remind us we're not alone. The Sunshine Series meets winter with intention, creativity, and the simple belief that keeping joy alive through the darkest times is a radical act.
This years theme is CHILDLIKE EXPRESSION.
