About this Event

Description: Join us for a Sunset Yoga class — a heart-centered practice designed to nurture, ground, and uplift. This gentle yet invigorating session weaves together the mindful strength of Hatha yoga with the fluid grace of vinyasa-inspired movement.

Class Highlights:

  • Grounding meditation & intention setting
  • Gentle Hatha-inspired of soulful, heart-opening movement with spacious transitions, restorative poses, and guided relaxation
