As you rest, the soothing tones of singing bowls mingle with Victoria’s angelic vocals, inviting your mind to grow quieter and your body to soften. The busyness of the day begins to fade as you sink into the sound and simply receive.
By the end, you may feel deeply relaxed, lighter, clearer, and a little more like yourself again. And that sense of calm doesn’t always end when the final note fades. Many people tell us they sleep especially well after a sound immersion and wake the next morning feeling refreshed and ready for the day.
Come tired. Come busy. Come exactly as you are.

Please bring: A pillow for beneath your head and wear comfortable clothing. Optional: yoga mat, a second pillow or bolster for beneath your legs, and a blanket (the Studio has a limited supply of extras). If you prefer, you may bring a zero gravity chair or comfortable reclining beach chair. Clean eye cloths will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Also, please bring a water bottle and remember to stay hydrated prior to and after the event. Sound moves best when your body is well-hydrated!
