About this Event
As the sun sets over Tribble Mill Park, join The Shift Circle on the lawn by Holly Pavilion for an intentional evening created around the experiences of women navigating PCOS/PMOS: a space to slow down, reflect, connect, and feel supported in community.
Ebony Black, founder of The Feelings Garden Wellness, will guide the evening with a conversation on PCOS/PMOS, guided journaling, facilitated reflection, and a sound healing meditation. You'll be invited to explore your personal experiences, your emotions, and your relationship with your body while connecting with other women who may understand parts of the journey.
The evening is designed for both individual reflection and shared connection, with thoughtful journaling prompts and sound to support moments of pause throughout. Hot tea will be served.
Please bring a journal that feels personal to you. Choosing your journal is the first step in preparing for the experience: a space that is uniquely yours to hold your thoughts, reflections, and intentions.
No previous journaling or sound healing experience is needed. Just bring yourself, your journal, and an openness to reflect and connect.
⚠️ Please Note (Health Advisory
Sound healing is generally safe for most people, but we advise caution for the following individuals:
• Pregnant individuals, especially in the first trimester (not recommended)
• Those with a pacemaker or metal implants (not recommended)
• Individuals with epilepsy or seizure disorders (not recommended)
• Those sensitive to loud sounds or prone to migraines (sitting farther from the bowls can help)
If this applies to you, we recommend sitting farther from the bowls, bringing earplugs, or consulting your healthcare provider beforehand. Your comfort and safety matter most.
This experience is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. While sound healing is generally safe, participation is voluntary and should be approached with self-awareness. By registering for and attending this event, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and release the facilitator(s) from any liability related to physical, emotional, mental, or energetic effects.
