As the day begins to wind down, give yourself permission to slow down, soften, and let go with a deeply soothing Yoga experience by the sea.
Perfect after your evening walk, workout, run, long day at work, or busy day of activities, this gentle practice is designed to help release accumulated tension, quiet the mind, and transition your body from doing into resting.
Relax with gentle mobility exercises and ease into longer-held Yin yoga poses, as the soft sand naturally cradles and supports your body.
Guided breathing, alignment, and acupressure-inspired techniques are seamlessly integrated into the experience to promote relaxation, enhance mobility, improve circulation, and foster a renewed sense of vitality.
Beautiful, gentle, feel-good music blends with the natural sound of the ocean waves and meditation guides you toward deeper stillness—leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and rejuvenated.
Before departing, you’ll be invited to select an inspirational message card as a meaningful reminder of your experience by the sea.

With 25+ years of teaching experience, Lisa creates a welcoming, non-competitive environment where you are encouraged to listen to your body, modify when needed, and make the practice your own.

- Allow extra time over the bridge to beachside, parking across the street, and for check-in.
- The event lasts for 75+ minutes, so ensure you also carve out personal time to enjoy the beach after the event.

Upon arrival, on the beach, look for:
🚩 Colorful flags on the beach to designate our event area. Usually on the north side of Lifeguard Station #12. We park at Vistamar Street and may adjust our exact setup location slightly based on beach terrain conditions when we arrive to ensure the most comfortable experience for attendees.
🚗 PARKING
Recommended parking is available on Vistamar Street using the PayByPhone App ( this is where our staff parks ) and also at NE 9th Street.
Additional free and paid parking options are available nearby. ( see map )
Please allow extra time for parking, especially coming over the bridge, during weekends, holidays, and peak beach season.
🌦 WEATHER INFORMATION
We closely monitor weather conditions specific to our beach location rather than relying solely on regional forecasts.
If weather, beach conditions, or an emergency require us to cancel the event, all registered attendees will receive a full refund.
Updates and announcements will be shared through email and our WhatsApp Alerts Channel.

🌊 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the limited capacity and preparation required for this special experience, all ticket purchases are final within 24 hours of the event.
Guests may self-process a refund through Eventbrite with more than 24 hours' notice prior to the event start time.
Refunds and credits are not available within 24 hours of the event, including for travel delays, personal scheduling conflicts, illness, traffic, parking challenges, weather concerns, or no-shows.
If the organizer cancels the event due to unsafe weather, beach conditions, or an emergency, all ticket holders will receive a full refund through Eventbrite.
