What is Life Force Kundalini Activation?
This is a gentle, guided energy experience where you simply relax, listen to the music, and allow your body to receive. Each experience is unique, but it is always a chance to slow down and connect deeply with your body and inner world.
No previous experience is needed. Whether you're experienced or it's your first time with these practices, you're warmly welcome!
🧘 What to bring:
Your own yoga mat, a warm sweater for after sunset, and an open heart.
