Join us for a beautiful evening of ceremonial cacao and Conscious Connected Breathwork, held as the sun begins to set over Camps Bay at the picturesque A Little Piece of Heaven.There is something special about intentionally creating space at the end of the day to slow down, step away from the noise and come back into your body. With the mountains around us and the evening light changing over the ocean, we’ll gather to connect, breathe and experience a little more stillness.
We’ll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao together, taking time to arrive, connect and set an intention for the evening. From there, I’ll guide you through a Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, using a continuous connected breath to move beyond the thinking mind and into a deeper awareness of what is happening within.
The breath can take each of us somewhere different. You may experience release, clarity, emotion, energy, deep rest or simply the opportunity to feel more present in your body. There is nothing you need to force and nowhere in particular you need to get to. This is an invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are.
As the breath softens, we’ll move into integration and allow ourselves to simply lie beneath the evening sky, watching the last of the light disappear over Camps Bay.
