Join us sunday by the sea for a Sunset Cacao & Gong Journey . It's an evening to slow down, come back into the body, and meet the transition from day into night with intention and start the new week aligned within.
We begin with ceremonial cacao, opening the heart and creating space to arrive more fully in the moment. Together, we set an intention for the journey and allow the rhythm of the ocean, the open sky, and the setting sun to become part of the ceremony.
As the sun begins to lower, you’ll be guided into a deep meditative journey, moving out of the noise of the mind and into a quieter inner landscape.
From there, the gong takes over.
The vibrations move through the body while the waves meet the shore around us, creating an immersive field of sound where there is nothing to figure out or achieve. Simply lie back, listen, feel, and allow your nervous system to soften.
We close together as the light changes and the evening settles in grounded, spacious, and a little more connected to what has been underneath all the noise.

We live in a dualistic world... light and darkness, yin and yang, masculine and feminine. But bringing these contrasting sides into balance and harmony allows us to experience more joy, authenticity, and depth in our lives.
David has an extensive background in alternative healing, with over 25 years of experience in globally known 5-star spas, connecting with customers worldwide. Over time, he came to find the most joy and passion using Sound Healing as a primary tool to help improve physical and emotional health. And the overall benefits of ultimate relaxation, both during 1-on-1 and group experiences. David now regularly guides sound baths and Yoga Nidra meditations for groups and private clients.
Marit embarked on her healing journey of self-discovery over 16 years ago, learning to thrive while living with an autoimmune disease. She began by embracing a plant-based diet and alternative medicines. She started her mindfulness practice through Yoga and meditation, which allowed her to go deep within and peel off layers of conditioning and self-blockages to discover that self-acceptance, love, and joy are all within each of us.
Marit discovered heart-opening Cacao and Quantum Energy Healing right before the pandemic hit, and the past few years have been all about bridging the ancient wisdom of Cacao with modern energy healing techniques. Even traveling to Guatemala to live with shamans for a month to learn how to facilitate Cacao ceremonies to honor ancient practices and cultures. Her passion lies in holding space for others to connect with who they are and guiding them to radiate their magic back into the world.
Marit is certified in Cacao Ceremony facilitating, Reiki, Quantum Dowsing, and Feng Shui practices.
