Forming in the outskirts of Pittsburgh during the summer of 2022, Sunny Daze & the Weathermen have been hard at work sculpting their distinctive "flower punk" style, combining elements of garage punk, neo-psychedelic, and post-punk. Sunny Daze has a unique ability to keep their live shows fresh by shifting seamlessly from Viagra Boys-esqe electronic dance punk, to slow, heavy psychedelic jams a la FUZZ, to high energy garage rock akin to acts like Thee Oh Sees. Sunny Daze & the Weathermen are energetic, hard to pin down, and rising powerfully out of the Pittsburgh scene.

Sunny Daze & the Weathermen released an album in 2024, Sunny Daze for President, have put out a number of singles, and have managed to sell out 200+ capacity venues in their hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. The band has also been on a number of regional tours, playing major markets with highly regarded local acts on the east coast, and into the northeast, midwest and southeast regions. Sunny Daze has also supported prominent national and global touring acts, such as Bad Nerves, Frankie & the Witch Fingers, The Mystery Lights, O.R.B (Aus), and BODEGA, to name a few.
The near future of the band consists of releasing their new album titled “Overcast” on September 25, 2026, and touring late into the fall in support of their new record.
