With the sounds of nature as your backdrop and the community by your side, this is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with yourself and the environment around you.
This class will be held outdoors, rain or shine, with a covered area available for inclement weather. Bring your yoga mat and a blanket for savasana (optional), and let the tranquility of nature guide your morning.
