Join us on the first Sunday of each month for gentle yoga with an immersive sound bath experience.

Slow down, breathe deeply, and ease into the coming week with gentle, restorative yoga and a sound bath.

Expect a slower-paced class focused on gentle movement, relaxation, and renewal. It's the perfect way to reset for the week ahead.

Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for extra comfort.

Class will be held inside, where we will be surrounded by Judith and Gerson Leiber’s incredible art!
