As we move toward Thanksgiving and the season of gathering, we invite you to pause, turn inward, and reconnect with the place within you that feels grounded, nourished, and at home.
This month’s Sunday Sound Ritual is inspired by the symbolic energy of 11/22. Eleven speaks to intuition and the unseen, while 22 carries the energy of the builder: creating foundations, bringing vision into form, and tending what we are creating.
Together, we’ll explore The Inner Hearth, that sacred inner place where we can rest, reconnect, and remember what truly nourishes us.
You'll be guided through a shamanic meditation designed to help you journey inward, followed by an immersive sound bath woven with harmonic vibration and intentional sound.
