Summer Sundays: Sound Baths with Erica Velasquez
Every Sunday throughout the Summer, 4:30 - 5:30 pm (except Sunday, August 23)
Make Sundays a time to slow down, breathe, and recharge with beloved local instructor Erica Velasquez.
Join us each Sunday for an immersive sound bath experience surrounded by art and nature. Relax comfortably as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks, and other resonant instruments create a soothing landscape of sound and vibration.
Despite its name, there’s no water involved - you’re “bathed” in sound. Each session offers a restorative opportunity to quiet the mind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in the tranquil setting of The Leiber Collection.
And every Sunday may bring a little something different, with special local musical guests occasionally joining Erica for this unique summer series.
Come as you are. Get comfortable. Close your eyes. Let the sound wash over you.
