Sunday Sound Bath & Meditation
End your weekend with an hour of rest, relaxation, and sound healing.
Join me every Sunday at 4:00 PM at The Crystal Bar for a guided meditation followed by a live crystal singing bowl sound bath designed to help calm the mind, release stress, and prepare you for the week ahead.
Whether this is your first sound bath or part of your self-care routine, you'll be welcomed into a peaceful and supportive space where you can simply relax.

What to Bring
• Water
• Comfortable clothing
We provide a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for each guest.
You're welcome to bring a thicker yoga mat, memory foam pad or anything else that helps you relax during the session.
Sound bath is $15.00 per person.
