Join us for Sunday Social - a free outdoor yoga experience hosted by Gather & Flow at Pease Park.
We'll move through a 60-minute vinyasa flow designed to help you reconnect to your body, your breath, and the present moment.
Whether you come solo or with friends, this space is about showing up as you are, moving with intention, and starting your Sunday feeling grounded.
After class, stick around for coffee and conversation - meet someone new, catch up with friends, and enjoy a slower Sunday morning in the park.

• Yoga mat
