A deeply restorative sound journey in a beautiful lakeside setting, surrounded by nature, birdsong, and trees. Bring own mat & kit.
About this Event

Join us for an evening of restorative sound, rest, and inner discovery in the beautiful Kingfisher Room at Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve Visitor Centre.

Set beside the lake and surrounded by nature, this peaceful space invites you to slow down, tune in, and spend time with yourself.

After settling in, we'll begin with a guided meditation, accompanied by the grounding bass drum. This opening practice helps us arrive more fully in the present moment and gently shifts attention from the outside world towards the inner one.

From here, you'll be immersed in a rich landscape of therapeutic vibrations - created using gong, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, monochord, chimes, voice, and gentle percussion. Sounds from the natural world surrounding the space- birdsong and rustling leaves - will also weave into the journey.

Laura and Tom play softly & continuously from both sides of the room, creating a fully immersive 360° sonic experience that can support deeper states of rest, presence, and awareness.

From this place, it often becomes easier to notice what has been there all along. New perspectives can emerge. Insights can arise. Intuition may become clearer.

For some, the experience feels deeply restorative. For others, it can evoke a sense of wonder, connection, creativity, gratitude, or inner clarity.

There is nothing you need to do or achieve. Simply rest, listen, and allow yourself to be met by whatever the experience holds for you.

Following a short period of silence, we'll gently guide you back before closing the session.
Each guest will receive a herbal tea and a slice of homemade vegan cake to take home, helping to support grounding and integration beyond the session itself.
