Sunday Slow Down is a low-key open hang. No structure, no forced icebreakers, nothing you have to sign up for or perform. Just a standing invitation to show up and do whatever your Sunday morning actually needs.
Bring a book and read. Bring your laptop and work. Bring nothing and just sit. Chat with whoever's around if you feel like it, or don't. Both are the point.
