✨ Sunday Guest Speaker – Alex from Beyond Balance ✨Dunedin Spiritualist Church
Join us for a beautiful evening of relaxation, stillness and connection as we welcome Alex from Beyond Balance.
Alex will guide you through a 40-minute Guided Meditation & Sound Healing Journey, incorporating the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and gong.
As we approach the busyness of the Christmas season, this is an opportunity to slow down, step away from the demands of everyday life and give yourself permission to simply be.
The Benefits of Sound Healing
Sound healing is a gentle practice that may help to:
• Calm the nervous system and encourage deep relaxation
• Reduce feelings of stress and anxiety
• Support emotional balance and wellbeing
• Quiet a busy mind and encourage mindfulness
• Release physical tension and promote a sense of inner peace
• Create space to reconnect with yourself
Through the combination of guided meditation and therapeutic sound, you'll be invited to settle into a state of deep rest, allowing the mind and body time to unwind.
A beautiful way to end your week, recharge your energy and find a little calm before the Christmas craziness begins.
Come along, bring an open heart and enjoy 40 minutes dedicated entirely to you.
We look forward to welcoming you! 🤍
