Mainly flat and dry, a couple sections that can be a little muddy, so bring walking poles if needed for that short downhill section.
Some stiles, one a little tall, but I got over, and a short section with some stinging nettles that isn't walked very often, so I wouldn't recommend shorts
Starting at the heath we head across towards Heddington before turning along a quiet lane that turns into the byway leading to Olivers Castle. We, however, turn and head to Bromham before heading back to the start
