Your Sunday reset just got a little hotter. 🔥Join us **Sunday, October 25, at 10:30 AM** for our first **Sunday Sauna Social of the season at Hoyt Park!**
We’re celebrating opening weekend with movement, wood-fired sauna sessions, live acoustic music, and time to hang around the fire. A little stretch, a good sweat, and some new friends—pretty solid ingredients for a Sunday.
Raebu Luck from Inner High Yoga will be leading our movement portion!
Bring a friend or roll in solo. Whether you’re a sauna regular or still wondering how willingly sweating with strangers became a hobby, you’re welcome here.
Bring a swimsuit, a towel, and something cozy to wear between sauna rounds. Changing rooms and bathrooms are available on-site.
