About this Event
For those craving community, connection and magic...we have a space for you in our circle.
Sunday Reset Community Circle
Hosted by the Freebird Valley Collective, this is an invitation to join us in person for the Sunday Reset Community Circle in Denver!
Each month will be a gathering rooted in mindfulness, breath, reconnection, healing and intention. This is an offering to the Denver community to come together and receive. Try out new modalities, experience our space holders, and meet new friends. After our circle, there will also be vendors sharing their mystical crafts, if you want to stay and experience more with us.
>> Our next circle on November 15th will be an experience of restorative yoga + healing sound with Emily Logsdon. Join us on your mat for this immersive full body, mind, and senses expereince and vibrational sound nervous system reset. Emily, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Chef, will also share some Ayurvedic tips for the cool weather upcoming!
Our circles are totally free to attend- so invite friends to join too! Come as you are, bring your energy, and connect with a likeminded community. We can't wait to sit in circle with you!
-For this gathering please bring your own yoga mat, blankets, pillows, etc for your comfort. This venue is NOT fully stocked with props.
