Sunday Reset: Yoga for Women | R Movement

Join us for a gentle outdoor yoga session in the quiet greenery in the heart of the city. This beginner-friendly session for women is designed to help you reset, reconnect, and ease into the day with more clarity and calm.

Whether you’re new to yoga or simply looking for a more intentional start to your Sunday, you’re warmly welcome.

This session is part of Sunday Reset by R Movement — a growing series of Sunday movement gatherings designed to help us reset and rise, while holding space for and supporting women.

Date & Time: 8:30am – 9:30am, Sunday, May 3, 2026

Location: Telok Ayer Park, Singapore

Please arrive 10 minutes early.

Please wear something comfortable and bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel.

In case of rain, we’ll move to a sheltered location at the Stadium and inform you in advance on the morning of the session.
