Join Maroon 9 Community Enrichment Organization and The Authenticity Movement for an immersive sound bath experience guided by Charles & Leittia Leonard. Through soothing sound vibrations, mindfulness, and deep relaxation, you'll be encouraged to release stress, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself—leaving refreshed and ready for the week ahead.
Whether this is your very first sound bath or part of your wellness journey, no experience is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow yourself the gift of rest.
