You spend so much of your week doing. When do you make time to simply be?
Between work, family, responsibilities, and everything else life brings, it's easy to put yourself at the bottom of the list.
Your shoulders are tight. Your mind is busy. Even when you sit down, you may find it hard to relax.
What if you gave yourself one hour to do nothing but rest?
The Sunday Reset is a monthly experience created to help you slow down, release tension, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself.
We'll begin with gentle movement and breathwork to help you settle into your body.
Then, you'll choose a comfortable place on the floor or in an aerial hammock as I guide you through Yoga Nidra, a deep rest practice that invites your body to relax while your mind follows gentle guidance.
We'll close with a soothing sound bath to help you settle a little deeper into rest.
This hour is for you.
No rushing.
No responsibilities.
Nothing to accomplish.
You don't need to be flexible, know how to meditate, or have any yoga experience.
Come as you are.
Leave feeling rested, grounded, and reconnected.
