Sunday Refresh - Core Connexion Practice at the Yurt in Cochrane10AM -12:30 PM with Optional Potluck until 1:30 PM
In this beautiful location filled with mountain views, big sky, sage, and the “Field of Dreams” Join us to practice Core Connexion Transformational Arts® at ’The Yurt” in Cochrane.
In these sessions we will weave organic movement, our unique creativity, our centred presence, and the nature of this beautiful place to refresh our systems. We invite our bodily intelligences to the dance and lead our movements. We’ll use the Core Connexion principles to guide us into our experience

Monthly Sunday Morning Practice in Cochrane.
When: Time: 10AM-12:30PM
Dates: Jan 25, and Feb 22
Where: The Yurt Cochrane: 254121 Towers Trail, Rocky View AB
Cost: Sliding Scale $25 to $40 Please Pre-Register
The Yurt is Off-grid
Bring: Water, blanket to lie on, Wear clothes you can move comfortably in and layers are recommended as temperature can vary quickly.
Bring Potluck item if you are staying for lunch.
Bare foot or indoor shoes if needed, and curiousity.
No dance experience required.

If possible please carpool as there is limited space for cars at the Yurt Parking lot (A serious limit of 12 cars). Please arrive early to manage this.
The location is heated by propane and wood fire and is off grid.
