In this nurturing space, you’ll be guided through gentle, fully supported postures designed to calm the nervous system and open pathways for deep energetic release. As you rest, our practitioners weave together Reiki, intuitive touch, and the vibrational sound of singing bowls to balance your energy and invite profound relaxation.
