About this Event
This 90-minute session is a chance to slow down, get some fresh air, move your body and start the day feeling more grounded and connected.
No experience is needed, and the session will be gentle. you're welcome to take everything at your own pace.
We'll walk together, pause along the way for some gentle movement whilst enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Reigate Hill.
Whether you're looking to spend more time outdoors, meet new people, move your body or simply enjoy a calmer start to your Sunday, you're very welcome.
What to bring: Comfortable clothing, suitable footwear and some water.
Location: Reigate Hill. Meet next to Cafe Kiosk located in car park.
Duration: Approximately 90 minutes

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we are ready to leave at 9, which will also give you a chance to grab a tea or coffee.

A little about your host
Hi, I’m Billy. I’m passionate about music, movement, nature and bringing people together.
Over the years, I’ve explored different approaches to wellbeing and personal growth, including movement, breathwork and Qi Gong-inspired practices. I’ve also completed Qi Gong teacher training and have a background in counselling skills.
I created these Sunday sessions as a simple way to bring together some of the things that have helped me personally — getting outdoors, moving the body, slowing down and connecting with other people.
This isn’t about being perfect or doing everything “right”. It’s simply a relaxed and welcoming space to get outside, move, breathe and start the day in a positive way.
Whether you come alone or with someone else, you’ll be very welcome.
