Join us for an immersive and rejuvenating sound bath experience in the heart of Lewes. Embark on a journey of deep relaxation and rejuvenation! ! Booking is essential.

As you lay comfortably on a mat or sit in a chair, allow the sounds to penetrate deep within, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a sense of inner peace. Feel the vibrations resonate through your body, releasing tension and restoring balance.
No prior experience is necessary. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to let go.
