About this Event

This weekly mastermind is a curated small-group forum for serious, goal-oriented people working on meaningful projects, decisions, and next-stage growth. Designed for substance over small talk, each session offers a focused environment for strategic discussion, clear thinking, constructive feedback, and accountability.

With attendance limited to six people, the format is intentionally selective and high-value. The smaller setting allows for more thoughtful conversation, stronger continuity, and practical insight tailored to each participant’s real priorities.

Hosted Sunday mornings at The Post in downtown Vancouver, this is for those who want a disciplined, intelligent room to refine ideas, solve problems, and move forward with greater clarity and momentum.

Full Description
The Post Executive Mastermind is a weekly in-person strategy circle for people who are serious about progress.

This is not a networking mixer, motivational meetup, or casual coffee chat. It is a structured, small-format gathering designed for thoughtful, capable people who want a better room: one where ideas can be sharpened, challenges can be examined intelligently, and meaningful next steps can be defined with clarity.

Each session brings together a maximum of six participants, creating a setting that is focused, conversational, and high-trust. The goal is simple: help each person think more clearly, make better decisions, and move forward on what matters most.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a live priority to the table — a business question, a creative project, a career decision, a strategic obstacle, or an area where clearer thinking and outside perspective would be valuable. Through structured discussion, honest feedback, and accountable follow-through, the group helps each participant leave stronger than they arrived.

Held at 7:00 AM on Sundays at The Post, this is intentionally designed for people who value discipline, preparation, and momentum. The early hour (and eventually a nominal $5 fee when demand increases) are part of the filter. It helps create a room of people who are genuinely committed to growth, execution, and thoughtful exchange.

Who This Is For
This event is well suited to:

  • founders, operators, and entrepreneurs
  • creatives and independent professionals
  • ambitious people navigating a transition, decision, or growth phase
  • those building a business, project, practice, or body of work
  • anyone who values strategic conversation, accountability, and high-quality input

What to Expect
Each session is designed to be focused and practical. A typical format includes:

  • brief introductions and check-in
  • short progress updates from returning participants
  • focused discussion on current priorities, obstacles, or opportunities
  • constructive feedback, strategy, and resource-sharing
  • clear next-step commitments before closing

The emphasis is always on depth, relevance, and forward movement.

Community Standards
To protect the quality of the room, participants should:

  • arrive on time and prepared
  • respect confidentiality
  • contribute thoughtfully and listen well
  • be willing to both give and receive honest, constructive input
  • keep the conversation practical, focused, and respectful

Host Note
This mastermind is intentionally small for a reason. The value is in the quality of the room: thoughtful people, real priorities, intelligent discussion, and consistent momentum. If you are looking for a more serious weekly space to think well and move forward, you will likely find this format refreshing.

Event Details
When: Weekly on Sundays at 7:00 AM until 8:00 AM, but sometimes until 8:30 as needed. Attendees may leave anytime, but punctual arrival will optimize the session's agenda.
Where: The Post, 658 Homer St, Vancouver, BC V6B 0T5
Format: In-person
Capacity: Limited to 6 registered participants. The host(s) may have a volunteer assistant or personal guest from time to time, but this won't effect the quality of the meeting.

Agenda

7:00 AM – Arrival & Opening
Settle in, brief welcome, and outline the flow for the session.

7:05 AM – Introductions & Weekly Check-In
Each participant gives a concise update on their current focus, progress since the last session, and the main issue, decision, or opportunity they want to bring to the table.

7:20 AM – Roundtable Hot Seats
Each participant receives focused time for discussion, feedback, and strategic input from the group. The emphasis is on clarity, problem-solving, and practical next moves. The amount of time to speak is determined by a fair, mechanical formula: we count the people in the group when we start, and divide the amount of time left by that number and set a timer for hard stops.

8:00 AM – Insights, Resources & Commitments
Participants share any relevant resources, connections, frameworks, or ideas that may help others move forward.

8:10 AM – Next-Step Commitments
Each person states the specific action or priority they will complete before the next meeting.

8:15 AM – Close
Final remarks and wrap-up.

If more time is needed, we will take a quick pause to discuss and vote on how we handle it. This agenda may be updated if a pattern emerges.
