The Seattle Houserockers is one or the region’s top talents, performing a mix of well crafted, witty originals, a choice selection of classic blues, R&B and R&R. The core of the band is Dan Newton, on guitar and keys, John Lee on bass, Marty Lockwood on drums and John Weaver on sax, with all four sharing vocals. The Seattle Houserockers covers all the bases, from gut-bucket blues to get-down funk numbers, classic R&B, the New Orleans Beat, swing, boogie to straight ahead blues all served up with feeling.
