Sunday afternoon Yoga Workshop in Hove

In person Iyengar Yoga workshop at this fully equipped venue on Portland road.
I have over 30 years experienc, so you're in safe hands!

Maximum 9 students.

After introductions, we start sitting, do some warm up exercises, focussing on stabilising the joints. We use props to work carefully. The last half an hour is relaxation exercises. We always end with a nice long Savasana.
