About this Event
Join us for a lovely evening at The North Star in central Brighton for our third Seasonal Surplus Supper Club supported by Fatto a Mano and The North Star. Come along to this fundraiser where three wonderful Brighton chefs will showcase the variation of cooking with surplus food and share their tips and techniques to take action in your kitchen, all while supporting FareShare Sussex & Surrey.
Our three course menu will showcase seasonal food from FareShare Sussex & Surrey, using rescued ingredients that would otherwise go to waste.
With the promise of conscious cooking and community-led dining, bring plenty of friends, and above all an appetite! All proceeds from the event will directly support FareShare Sussex & Surrey, helping us to redistribute surplus food to those in need across our community.
We will hold a fundraising raffle throughout the dinner with some great prizes to be won. As they say...you have to be in it to win it!
