Sunbeam .Plus support from Taylor Liam Jackson and Route 86
Sunbeam are one of the North’s most promising emerging indie acts, breaking out of Whitby with a dynamic, hook-driven sound and a fast-growing reputation.
They’ve earned consistent national radio support from John Kennedy (Radio X X-Posure) and Jericho Keys (BBC Introducing), while building a formidable live profile — including sold-out 1,000-capacity headline shows, festival appearances at YNOT, Isle of Wight and Truck, and support slots with Kaiser Chiefs, Andrew Cushin and The K’s.
Taylor Liam Jackson
Taylor Liam Jackson is a indie/Britpop/Alternative artist from Matlock, Derbyshire, who has taken the UK music scene by storm since forming his full band in February 2025. Drawing inspiration from Andrew Cushin, Jake Bugg, Freddie Halkon, Shed Seven, and other indie legends, Taylor brings a fresh yet familiar sound that resonates with audiences across the country. The band has performed all around the country including Manchester, Sheffield, London, and Hull, supporting some massive acts along the way. The summer of 2025 saw major festival breakthroughs with performances at Y NOT Festival (where they opened the event) and the BBC Introducing stage at Sonic Boom Festival. Rick Witter of Shed Seven called Taylor 'the talk of Matlock town,' while The Reverend of Reverend and the Makers declared 'this lad is going far.' BBC Introducing East Midlands presenter Dean Jackson described their music as 'absolutely brilliant.' All of Taylor's songs feature stories from his own life - growing up in Matlock, relationships, and real situations that create authentic, relatable indie anthems. The band's high-energy live shows have gig-goers bouncing at every performance, with crowds singing along to tracks like 'Daydream,' 'Northern Lights,' 'Let me go,' and 'Broke inside.' With a spring/autumn 2026 tour of 16 different venues already planned and momentum building rapidly, Taylor Liam Jackson is one of the most exciting emerging acts in the UK indie scene.
